This return policy applies only to eutour.com online purchase orders.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
It is not possible to receive a refund if the item has not arrived yet. You have to wait until the package arrives and then apply for a return & refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at service@eutour.com or chat online.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
If the product is the customized product and in the production, no refund or return without quality problems.
Damaged or Defective Watches
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Shipping Costs
While we assume the shipping costs for delivering your watch to you, we kindly request that you bear the responsibility of return shipping costs. This approach not only allows us to maintain competitive pricing but also ensures an equitable return process for all our valued customers.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled if they have not been shipped, but once an order has a tracking number or is in the shipping process, cancellation is not possible.
We understand that circumstances may lead to order cancellations. Please note that a 5% administration fee will be applied to cover processing costs. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
For high-risk fraudulent orders, we will directly cancel the order and charge the relevant fees in accordance with the regulations.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- If a customer receives a damaged product, contact us within 72 hoursafter the order was received with a photo and/or video of the problem. We will ship a new item as part of our guarantee. If the customer informs us of a damaged watch or requests a refund after 72 hours, we can only offer a partial refund.
- We cannot be held responsible for any lost orders due to an incorrect customer address or an address without a telephone number. Compensation will not be provided. If the customer still wants to receive the order a small fee will be charged for a new shipment.
- We do not provide compensation if the customer has deliberately damaged the watch.
- If a parcel shows successful delivery, but the customer claims they did not receive it and refuses to request supporting documents from the post office, we cannot provide compensation.
