Pull out the crown and rotate it. Observe the small balls at the center of the dial—if some of the balls move noticeably toward a single central point as you turn the crown, the minute hand is functioning correctly. Note that the hour sphere should move in a clockwise direction while rotating the crown.

Q3:How can one quickly memorize and read the time on EUTOUR watches?

A2:When you raise your hand to look at the dial, you can directly look at the time it is on the outer sphere, which is what time it is, and then look at how many minutes the inner sphere is. Outer ring = hours, inner ring = minutes.

Q4:Can the balls fall out?

A3:No, the balls are anchored in a orbit and are moved by magnetism. They cannot fall out but only move within their orbit.

Q5:Are the EUTOUR watches waterproof?

All current EUTOUR watches are rated at 3 ATM water resistance (splash-proof), making them suitable for everyday splashes. However, it is recommended to remove the watch while swimming. The E024 M Series offers a higher water resistance rating of 5 ATM. We are gradually upgrading the water resistance of our other models, and in the future, all models will feature enhanced water resistance.

Q6:Do EUTOUR watches have glass covers?

A4:Most products do not have.If some dust gets into the trajectories, it's not a disaster, and the functionality is not affected. You can easily blow or wipe away dirt particles with the provided cleaning cloth.

A5: Yes.All EUTOUR straps can be interchanged on any magnetic watch. You can update your watch at any time by purchasing straps separately in our shop.

A6:We use model SR920SW silver oxide button cell battery with a lab life of 45 months. *To avoid scratches on the back cover, please let a professional replace the battery.
