These after-sales service terms apply only to orders purchased online at eutour.com.

ABOUT WARRANTY 

Customers who purchase EUTOUR watches from our site will enjoy a 1-year warranty service.

The warranty covers any and all parts of the watch that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover:

  1. Battery, strap, and excessive wear and tear or intentional damage to the case or movement.
  2. Damage caused by improper use (e.g., not adhering to the watch’s water-resistance rating when diving) or water immersion (beyond the scope of the water-resistance marking).

After-Sales Process

If your watch is within the warranty period and meets the warranty conditions, please contact us for after-sales service through the following methods:

  • Use our online chat function

When applying, please provide the following information to help us serve you more quickly:

  1. Order number
  2. Description of the problem you are experiencing
  3. Photos clearly depicting the issue (if applicable)
  4. Your shipping address (if different from your order address)

We sincerely remind you to provide the order number when applying. This is crucial for confirming your purchase information and warranty eligibility, and it will greatly enhance our processing efficiency.

ABOUT REPAIRS

If your watch is out of warranty or needs repair services, we also offer professional repair services. Please contact us via email at service@eutour.com, and our after-sales team will provide a repair quote and process instructions based on your specific situation.

EXPLANATION OF AFTER-SALES SERVICE FEES

If your watch is within the warranty period and meets the warranty conditions but requires repair, you (the customer) will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the watch to our repair center. Once the repair is completed, we will cover the shipping costs to return the watch to you.

If your watch is out of warranty and still requires repair services, you will need to bear all costs incurred, including parts replacement, round-trip shipping, and taxes.

Note: To provide more efficient service and operation management, from now on, our site will only provide after-sales and repair services for watches purchased on eutour.com.
