A1：Yes. The warranty covers any and all parts of the watch that may need repair due to defects in materials or workmanship.The warranty excludes the battery, strap and excessive wear or damage to the case or movement.

A2:When you raise your hand to look at the dial, you can directly look at the time it is on the outer sphere, which is what time it is, and then look at how many minutes the inner sphere is. Outer ring = hours, inner ring = minutes.

A3:No, the balls are anchored in a orbit and are moved by magnetism. They cannot fall out but only move within their orbit.

All current EUTOUR watches are rated at 3 ATM water resistance (splash-proof), making them suitable for everyday splashes. However, it is recommended to remove the watch while swimming. The E024 M Series offers a higher water resistance rating of 5 ATM. We are gradually upgrading the water resistance of our other models, and in the future, all models will feature enhanced water resistance.

A4:Most products do not have.If some dust gets into the trajectories, it's not a disaster, and the functionality is not affected. You can easily blow or wipe away dirt particles with the provided cleaning cloth.

A5: Yes.All EUTOUR straps can be interchanged on any magnetic watch. You can update your watch at any time by purchasing straps separately in our shop.

A6:We use model SR920SW silver oxide button cell battery with a lab life of 45 months. *To avoid scratches on the back cover, please let a professional replace the battery.

Cleaning the Case: Use a clean, dry cloth to remove any debris from the watch surface or in the recessed tracks. We also recommend using just a touch of rubbing alcohol to keep it looking good as new.
